SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT- READ CAREFULLY: This license agreement is a legal agreement
between you and Purge-it.com. By installing and using Click Bank Energizer,
you agree to be bound by the terms of this software license agreement.
If you do not agree with the terms in the software license agreement,
please don't purchase the license for Click Bank Energizer.
SOFTWARE LICENSE Click Bank Energizer is protected by the copyright
laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual
property laws and treaties. Click Bank Energizer is licensed, not sold.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. You may install and use Click Bank Energizer
on a single computer under a single domain name. For example, installing
Click Bank Energizer on two computers that are under a single domain
name is counted as two units. You will need to purchase two licenses
for doing that.
2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
· Modification. You are allowed to modify Click Bank Energizer
to fit your own need. However, the modified version of Click Bank Energizer
is just for your own use. You are not allowed to release, sell or rent
the modified version of Click Bank Energizer.
· Rental and reselling. You are not allowed to rent, lease or
resell Click Bank Energizer.
· Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Purge-it.com
may terminate this SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT, if you fail to comply
with the terms and conditions of this SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT. In
this case, you must destroy all copies of Click Bank Energizer without
any refund. Also, you are totally responsible for any loss in business
that you cause to Purge-it.com.
3. Limited Warranty. You will be able to download all of the
bug fixes for Click Bank Energizer for free. The scripts were NOT
tested on NT we CAN NOT guarantee that they work on NT servers!

policy. If you are not satisfied with Click Bank Energizer,
you will be able to get refund. However, you must write to Purge-it.com
by postal mail in 15 days after you purchased Click Bank Energizer.
Also, you have to destroy any copy of Click Bank Energizer that you
have.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES.
No other warranties are expressed or implied are being conferred in
conjunction with the licensing of Click Bank Energizer.
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Purge-it.com shall not be responsible
for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever
(including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits,
business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary
loss.)
