SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT- READ CAREFULLY: This license agreement is a legal
agreement between you and Purge-It.com. By installing and using
SellShareware Energizer, you agree to be bound by the terms of this
software license agreement. If you do not agree with the terms in
the software license agreement, please don't purchase the license
for SellShareware Energizer.
SOFTWARE LICENSE SellShareware Energizer is protected by the
copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as
other intellectual property laws and treaties. SellShareware Energizer is licensed, not sold.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. You may install and use SellShareware Energizer on a single computer under a single domain name. For example,
installing SellShareware Energizer on two computers that are under
a single domain name is counted as two units. You will need to purchase
two licenses for doing that.
2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
· Modification. You are allowed to modify SellShareware Energizer to fit your own need. However, the modified version of SellShareware Energizer is just for your own use. You are not allowed
to release, sell or rent the modified version of SellShareware Energizer.
· Rental and reselling. You are not allowed to rent, lease
or resell SellShareware Energizer.
· Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Purge-It.com
may terminate this SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT, if you fail to comply
with the terms and conditions of this SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT.
In this case, you must destroy all copies of SellShareware Energizer without any refund. Also, you are totally responsible for any
loss in business that you cause to Purge-It.com.
3. Limited Warranty. You will be able to download all of
the bug fixes for SellShareware Energizer for free.The scripts were
NOT tested on NT we CAN NOT guarantee that they work
on NT servers!

back policy. If you are not satisfied with SellShareware Energizer, you will be able to get refund. However, you must
write to Purge-It.com by postal mail in 15 days after you purchased
SellShareware Energizer. Also, you have to destroy any copy of SellShareware Energizer that you have.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES.
No other warranties are expressed or implied are being conferred
in conjunction with the licensing of SellShareware Energizer.
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Purge-It.com shall not be
responsible for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential
damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss
of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information,
or any other pecuniary loss.)
