between you and Purge-It.com. By installing and using Purge-It!, you
agree to be bound by the terms of this software license agreement. If
you do not agree with the terms in the software license agreement, please
don't purchase Purge-It!.
SOFTWARE LICENSE Purge-It! is protected by the copyright laws
and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual
property laws and treaties.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES.
No other warranties are expressed or implied are being conferred in
conjunction with the selling of Purge-It!.
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Purge-It.com shall not be responsible
for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever
(including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits,
business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary
loss.)
